Last night, on my birthday, I got a call from my brother in law at 23:15. I immediately thought that he was calling to announce the birth of their baby. My sister had been pregnant for more than 9 months, so it was about time.

However, I took the phone, and he said 'Happy Birthday Klaas...'. I instantly thought he just called me to tease me, as I as a call that late at night couldn't be anything else than a birth announcement, and for a second I believed the baby still wasn't born. Until he continued his sentence some seconds later, and said '... and we have a great birthday gift for you called Nora'. Whoohooo!

So, finally, my sister delivered Nora. A beautiful girl of 53cm and 3.4kg. They are all doing very well. I'm curious to see how Matijs will react to his new baby-sister...
