Litrik, you're not the only one who's having problems with bluetooth.
A couple weeks ago I had the Land Rover bluetooth carkit installed, but I couldn't get it to work properly. The documentation spoke about a bluetooth keycode of 2121, and I found some references on the forums that for retrofitted bluetooth the keycode was 1234. Apparently, it was neither of the two.
For retrofitted bluetooth in a Land Rover Discovery, use keycode 0000. With this information, I finally got the thing going with my 2 year old HP IPaq 6340, and for now it seems to work fine!
I would expect that my garage told me that keycode when they installed the bluetooth carkit. I had hoped that the service in my new garage was better than my old garage, but so far I'm not impressed.

I had the standard landrover bluetooth module retrofitted.
Discovery Retrofit Bluetooth
Can you gove me some more details about the retrofit kit you installed. I'm looking to do the same, but cant really find too many options and the ones I did find seemed dodg.
I had the standard LandRover
I had the standard LandRover bluetooth module retrofitted, and I would strongly discourage it. It hasn't worked properly with any of the cellphones I tried. I believe a 'Parrot' is cheaper and better at the same time.
